Materials Handler

Materials Handler (Manufacturing) Golborne Location Shift Basis: Including both days & nights 12-hour shifts Main purpose of the role - To ensure the control and flow of raw materials to the production department is optimized. Works closely with other team members to mitigate any material impacts on the production plan. We now need to strengthen our team and have the below requirement of a Materials Handler: To ensure the control of raw material is optimized for the department Support line technician with material changes Loading and unloading of materials for the department (use of FLT) Ensure all areas within the job scope are maintained to high level of housekeeping To ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with good H&S practice Works with other departments to ensure the material flow is in accordance with the production plan Experience Required: Previously held a position within a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment ideally supporting movement of products and/or materials Excellent team player and can communicate effectively Knowledge and awareness of health and safety procedures within a busy manufacturing environment Preferable: Hold valid FLT license / Counterbalance (training provided if needed) TPBN1_UKTJ
