MBA Future Leaders Programme - International Pricing Manager
As an International Pricing Manager (IPM), you will apply thoughtful problem-solving, creativity, and strong collaboration skills to solve complex business needs. No prior industry experience is required - we'll support your learning and development. You'll join our Strategic Pricing and Risk (SPARK) Programme - a fast-track professional development initiative tailored for MBA graduates to prepare for a leadership role within the business by developing an expertise in pricing, data, risk, and the technologies shaping the future of insurance.
The SPARK Programme Offers:
- 4-6 months of dedicated training to understand our Pricing, Data, and Risk functions
- On-the-job learning through projects with real business impact
- Exposure to senior stakeholders, including the C-suite
Projects may include supporting the growth of our EV proposition across Europe, exploring how AI and emerging technologies can transform pricing, creating competitive advantage through data, launching new products, or addressing complex market-specific challenges.

What You'll Do:
- Coordinate impactful pricing and data projects from concept to delivery
- Contribute to future strategy across pricing, data, and risk
- Share insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business leaders across our international operations
- Lead work that helps the business make better decisions, manage risk effectively, and create impact across the organisation

Requirements
- An MBA from a leading business school
- Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and make evidence-based decisions
- Confidence working with numbers, statistics, and analytical problem-solving
- A strategic mindset, demonstrated through past experience
- Curiosity about how technology, data, AI and machine learning can drive business performance and decision-making
Desirable
- Exposure to analytics, data science, machine learning, AI, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across teams and regions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others
- Willingness to learn necessary technical skills from the ground up
- Interest in data or emerging technologies (experience is a plus, not required)
- Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian
