The job in a nutshell: Essentially, youll take responsibility for the successful delivery ofmultiple mechanical building services projects, predominantly across Northern Ireland with work in ROI where required.

This is a proper Contracts Manager position youll have ownership frompre-construction right through to commissioning and final handover, making sure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Youll be responsible for: Managing multiple live mechanical projects Leading Site Managers, Supervisors and Engineers OverseeingHVAC, pipework, public health and mechanical installations Managing project programmes, labour and resources Working alongside QS teams to control budgets and profitability Managing variations, procurement and subcontractors Chairing progress meetings and maintaining client relationships Coordinating with electrical, construction and design teams Overseeing commissioning and project handover Maintaining strong Health & Safety and quality standards Should you apply? Ideally, youll have: Significant mechanical building services experience Strong knowledge ofHVAC, pipework and public health systems Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour Strong commercial awareness Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong client-facing and communication skills Degree/HNC in Building Services Engineeringor equivalent experience Full UK driving licence Experience with BIM, Procore, Microsoft Project, NEC/JCT contracts, SMSTS, CSCS Management, IOSH or NEBOSH would also be advantageous.
