Mechanical Fitter

I am recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join their team, working on a hands-on industrial installation project. This is a great opportunity for a skilled fitter who enjoys practical site-based work and wants to be involved in the installation of high and low-pressure compressed air systems. As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be working on days, with shifts running between 07:30 and 17:30, carrying out mechanical installation work to the required standards. The successful Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for: Installing high-pressure compressed air pipework Installing low-pressure compressed air pipework Carrying out practical mechanical fitting and installation duties Working safely while operating access equipment where required Ensuring installation work is completed to the required standardsFor this Mechanical Fitter position, you will need: A valid CSCS card A valid IPAF licence covering 3a and 3b Experience using scissor lifts and mobile boom equipment Relevant mechanical fitting and pipework installation experience The ability to work safely and effectively within a site environmentThis Mechanical Fitter opportunity offers: Day shifts between 07:30 – 17:30 Hands-on mechanical installation work The opportunity to work with high and low-pressure compressed air pipework A position suited to experienced fitters with the required CSCS and IPAF qualificationsIf you are an experienced Mechanical Fitter with the required CSCS and IPAF 3a/3b credentials and you are looking for your next installation project, I would be keen to hear from you.
