Were looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected facilities management business on a international technology contract near Kings Cross. This is working in a professional, client-facing environment.

As a
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer , youll be:
Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across mechanical systems Working on plant such as AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, and general HVAC systems Managing subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards Using the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out tickets
As a
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer , youll need: To be qualified (Level 2/3 City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent in Mechanical/Plumbing/HVAC) Minimum 3 years experience within building services or facilities maintenance Good understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems Client-facing with a professional, proactive approach
