Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Location: Redditch Salary: £39,000 - £44,000 Shifts: Monday to Friday - double days - 1 Week Earlies & 1 Week Afternoons Commutable from: Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Solihull Benefits: * 33 Days Holiday * Benefit Scheme * Company Pension * Training and Progression Company Overview: A well-established food manufacturing company in the Redditch area is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team, supporting automated production and essential site equipment. Role & Responsibilities: * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on food processing machinery and site services. * Maintain and repair mechanical systems including pumps, motors, and conveyors. * Ensure equipment reliability and efficiency while supporting production teams. * Assist with additional site services, with training provided for boilers, refrigeration, and other systems.
