Mechanical Field Service Engineer Salary: Up to £50,000 per yearMonday to Friday | Full-TimeCompany Van ProvidedWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer / Mechanical Fitter to join our team as a Field Service Engineer, covering Devon and Cornwall .This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the road and has experience installing, maintaining and repairing machinery within manufacturing and food manufacturing environments .The Role You will travel to customer sites across Devon and Cornwall, including food factories and manufacturing facilities , carrying out a range of mechanical engineering duties, including:Installing and commissioning machinery and equipmentDiagnosing faults and carrying out repairsPlanned and reactive maintenanceServicing and maintaining manufacturing machineryWorking within food manufacturing environmentsWorking directly with customers on siteEnsuring machinery is operating safely and efficientlyFood Safety Requirement As the role involves working inside food manufacturing facilities , candidates will need to hold a Level 2 Food Safety / Food Hygiene Certificate .Don't have one?
