This is an excellent client direct opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join a well established in house engineering team. Working within a large commercial estate, you'll be responsible for maintaining a wide range of mechanical building services systems while benefiting from outstanding annual leave, an excellent pension, and genuine long term career progression. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across mechanical building services systems Responding to reactive maintenance and fault finding Working on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, valves, and associated plant Completing plant room inspections and daily operational checks Maintaining heating, chilled water, and domestic water systems Carrying out plumbing repairs and mechanical maintenance Supporting flushing routines, TMV servicing, and water hygiene compliance Assisting with contractor management and specialist maintenance works Updating CAFM systems and completing maintenance documentation Ensuring all statutory compliance tasks are completed to a high standard What We're Looking For NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, Heating & Ventilation, or equivalent Minimum of 5 years' experience within commercial building services maintenance Strong mechanical fault finding skills Experience working on pumps, motors, AHUs, FCUs, and mechanical plant Good understanding of planned and reactive maintenance Professional attitude with excellent communication skills Reliable engineer looking for a long term career What's In It For You £43,000 salary Client direct employment 40 days annual leave Excellent Aviva pension scheme Private healthcare Life assurance Employee wellbeing programme Ongoing manufacturer and technical training Career progression opportunities Long term job security Supportive engineering team Excellent work life balance This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician looking to join a client direct organisation offering exceptional benefits, one of the best annual leave packages in the industry, and genuine long term career progression within a highly respected engineering team.
