CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Day Shift Engineer to be based in a Healthcare environment in Lewisham. The successful candidate will be mechanically biased (NVQ, C&G, etc) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £48,900 for further training and career progression. Duties & Responsibilities: Monitor the mechanical plant Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc Monitor the BMS systems. Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc) General building fabric Escort specialist subcontractorsHours of work 4 on 4 off - Days Only 7 am - 7 pmPackage Up to £48,900 22-day shift holiday   Overtime available Company pension  Season Ticket Loan Potential to be put through HV trainingRequirements Level 2 & 3 in Mechanical Engineering (C&G, NVQ etc) A proven track record in Building Maintenance Good Communication Skills. Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical.
