Do you have strong expertise in gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and drive chain componentsand enjoy leading from the front? This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected engineering business, where youll take the next step in your career, leading operations across two sites and playing a key role in driving performance and technical excellence. The Opportunity As Workshop Supervisor, you will lead a team of 5-6 engineers within a workshop environment, ensuring high standards of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. Youll also act as the primary technical contact for both customers and suppliers. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining team management with technical involvement. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 5 - 6 engineers
Drive productivity, quality standards, and operational processes
Oversee service operations across two sites
Deliver training and support continuous improvement initiatives
Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and suppliers
About You Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Team Leader
Strong technical knowledge of gearboxes, motors, engines, pumps, and rotating equipment
Hands-on experience with stripping, inspection, and repair of mechanical components
Comfortable with travel and working across multiple sites from timeto time
Whats on Offer Competitive salary of £50,000

10% achievable bonus
