HIGH STARTING SALARY: Begin earning £37000 immediately.
FULLY FUNDED TRAINING: All teaching and assessor qualifications will be provided and funded by the employer.

The Role: Coaching the Next Generation You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking crucial Level 2 and Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualifications Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of mechanical engineering qualifications.
Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
Environment: Work in a rewarding, self-motivated team environment that values a 'hands-on approach.' Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification) We are looking for proven occupational experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering: Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Mechanical Engineering Technical Qualification: Mandatory Level 3 Engineering related qualification .
Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance .
