The Role

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to join the Polaris delivery team. You will plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok for a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where performance and return on investment matter more than vanity metrics.

You should already know how to run campaigns that perform and be ready to go deeper on strategy, audience targeting, and the data behind what drives results. You are not here to tick off daily tasks. You are here to become genuinely expert across multiple platforms and build the foundation for your own business.
