Medical Negligence Solicitor – Associate (Claimant)

IRWIN MITCHELL in Birmingham is seeking a solicitor with 3-5 years PQE in claimant medical negligence. You will handle high-value, complex claims across a range of cases, working with a senior team to progress matters efficiently and commercially.

You will deliver practical legal advice, maintain strong client relationships and support vulnerable clients throughout challenging times. The role offers a hybrid working model with opportunities to develop within a nationally recognised team.
