Job Type: Permanent, full time role with hours available of 30-36 hours per week)
Salary: £25,127 per annum (pro rata based off working hours - £13.45 per hour)
Hours:The working hours for this position are between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm. Additionally, you will be required to work one late night per week.

I am currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as Care Navigator/ Receptionist on a permanent basis at a large medical centre in the North Liverpool area. As a Medical Receptionist / Care Navigator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our centre. This is a versatile position that involves working both on reception and over the phone, as well as assisting with various tasks in the back of the medical centre.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting patients at the reception desk.
• Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.
