We are working with a well-established Mental Health charity
seeking an experienced
Senior Service Manager
to lead and develop its Safe Haven service. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for service quality, performance, safeguarding, budgets, contract compliance and continuous improvement. A key focus will be preparing the service for a major retender later this year. Location:

Fixed term contract until January 2027 About You We are looking for someone with: Strong experience leading and managing services and teams. Experience within mental health or community-based services. Experience managing budgets, KPIs, contracts and quality standards. Strong safeguarding knowledge. Experience leading change and service improvement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to confidently work with commissioners, funders and senior partners. Experience of crisis alternative services or tendering would be highly desirable.
