As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils who may have a range of additional needs, including SEMH, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviour. The successful Mental Health Teaching Assistant will work closely with Teachers, pastoral staff, and other experienced professionals to provide consistent and personalised support throughout the school day.
