As one of our Mentors on an exciting programme partnered with the Ministry of Justice and other third-sector delivery partners, you will provide a mentoring service for adult males across the Northwest. In this service, working hand in hand with probation and prison staff, you'll take a holistic approach to help individuals to address their finance, benefit & debt issues.
At the Wise Group, we take a compassionate approach to Relational Mentoring. Through this approach, we invest in the success of other people. As a Mentor, you'll help individuals reveal the right pathway for them rather than telling them what to do.
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is customer-focused and values working with people who may be challenging and have complex needs. You'll be working directly with a caseload of customers who need help, advice and guidance to improve their circums...
