MEP BIM Lead

BIM Lead Location: City of London Salary: £50,000-£65,000 DOE Working Pattern: 5 days per week in the office An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BIM Lead to join a leading London-based building services contractor. The business has an excellent reputation within the industry and delivers a range of high-profile residential and commercial projects across London. This is a key role within the digital engineering team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of BIM processes and lead the coordination and delivery of complex MEP projects. The Role As BIM Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the BIM process across multiple projects. You will work closely with project teams, design managers, engineers and site teams to ensure models are coordinated, accurate and delivered to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the BIM process across a range of residential and commercial projects. Oversee and support BIM Coordinators and Modellers. Manage the production, coordination and delivery of detailed MEP models. Carry out model reviews, clash detection and coordination using industry-standard software.
