A main contractor is looking to appoint an
MEP Manager
to join the team on a major project in Central London. The successful
MEP Manager
will be responsible for managing the MEP package throughout the construction phase, working closely with the project, design and commercial teams to ensure the works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Responsibilities Manage the MEP package from installation through to commissioning and handover. Coordinate MEP subcontractors and monitor progress on site. Work with the project team to maintain programme and quality. Chair coordination meetings and resolve technical issues. Ensure health & safety and quality standards are maintained. Liaise with the client, consultants and supply chain as required. Requirements Previous experience as an
MEP Manager
with a main contractor. Experience delivering large MEP packages on major construction projects. Strong technical, coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and programme effectively. Experience on data centres or other technically complex projects is desirable. This

£80,000£100,000 + package , depending on experience, with the opportunity to join a contractor delivering high-profile projects across London.
