MEP Project Manager – Data Centre Construction Location: Greater London Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 + Package Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Overview We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a Main Contractor delivering a major Data Centre project in Greater London. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health packages from design coordination through commissioning and handover. Key Responsibilities * Manage all MEP aspects of the project. * Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and client teams. * Monitor programme, quality, safety and commercial performance. * Review technical submissions and design information. * Lead MEP coordination and progress meetings. * Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover. * Ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE requirements. Requirements * Minimum 5 years' experience in an MEP Project Management role. * Experience working for a Main Contractor on large-scale construction projects. * Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems. * Proven ability to manage subcontractors and project delivery programmes. * Experience delivering projects through commissioning and handover. * Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
