MEP Quantity Surveyor
to join a growing team delivering major engineering and infrastructure projects across the North West. This role offers the chance to work on nationally significant developments while building a long-term career within the

MEP Quantity Surveyor , you will play a key role in the commercial management of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing packages, supporting project delivery from procurement through to final account. Working alongside experienced commercial and project teams, youll gain exposure to high-value projects and industry-leading best practice in one of the UKs fastest-growing sectors. As the
MEP Quantity Surveyor , you will: Manage the commercial aspects of MEP packages on major construction and engineering projects. Prepare cost plans, valuations, forecasts, and final accounts. Administer subcontractor procurement, payments, and contract management. Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance. Manage variations, change control, and contractual documentation. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to support successful project delivery. Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. Produce accurate commercial reports and provide regular financial updates. About You
Were looking for an
MEP Quantity Surveyor
who has: Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within MEP, mechanical, electrical, or building services projects. A good understanding of commercial management, contract administration, and cost control. Experience managing subcontractor accounts and project valuations. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. The ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams. A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Knowledge of NEC or JCT contracts would be advantageous. Previous
nuclear
