Responsibilities will include: MEP cost planning, estimating and benchmarking Procurement and tender management Preparing and reviewing tender documentation Tender analysis and contractor recommendations Managing valuations, variations and change Cost reporting and forecasting Supporting contract administration Final account negotiations Working closely with clients, design teams and contractors Providing commercial advice throughout project delivery About You I'm looking for someone with: Quantity Surveying experience within MEP / building services Experience gained within a construction consultancy, contractor or specialist MEP environment Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical packages Strong commercial and cost management skills Excellent communication and client-facing ability A relevant Quantity Surveying or construction-related qualification MRICS status or working towards chartership would be advantageous, but is not essential Why Consider It?
