Excellent salary package + flexible working arrangements
Are you an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator looking to work on technically complex projects where coordination, accuracy and quality really matter?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded multidisciplinary design and engineering business delivering turnkey projects across the pharmaceutical, life sciences, laboratory and healthcare sectors.
You'll become part of a collaborative design team working across HVAC, mechanical and electrical services, helping to take projects from initial design development through detailed coordination and ultimately into construction delivery.
The Opportunity
As a Revit MEP Coordinator, you will play a key role in producing fully coordinated MEP designs and detailed technical documentation to industry standards.
Working closely with Senior Design Engineers and the wider multidisciplinary team, you'll help ensure that designs develop effectively through each stage of delivery, with a strong focus on BIM, Revit coordination, technical accuracy and constructability.
This is a role suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail, solving coordination challenges and working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes for demanding clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce fully coordinated MEP services within Revit from information provided by Senior Design Engineers.
Develop designs through the various stages of design and construction delivery.
Coordinate HVAC, mechanical and electrical services to produce integrated solutions.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary design teams and central Revit files.
Produce accurate, detailed drawings and documentation in line with company standards.
Apply BIM processes, standards and best practice throughout project delivery.
Work with Revit templates, titleblocks, shared parameters, project parameters and view controls.
Make effective use of visibility graphics, view filters and view templates.
Export Revit models into other formats for effective file exchange and coordination.
Support the production of high-quality deliverables within agreed deadlines.
Work in accordance with ISO 9001 quality procedures and the company's safety management systems.
Apply an understanding of CDM regulations and relevant industry standards.
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
At least 5 years' experience within a multidisciplinary design practice.
Proven experience within pharmaceutical, laboratory, life sciences or healthcare environments.
Strong practical experience using Revit for MEP coordination.
A good understanding of BIM processes, standards and collaborative working environments.
Experience working with Revit central files and multidisciplinary coordination.
Excellent 2D drawing production and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Experience developing coordinated designs for HVAC, mechanical and electrical works.
An understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems and procedures.
Knowledge of CDM regulations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A customer-focused approach and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
The ability to work effectively within structured project programmes and agreed deadlines.
Knowledge of Revit content creation would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
This is more than simply a Revit production role. You'll be working on highly technical, multidisciplinary projects within some of the UK's most demanding and regulated environments, gaining exposure to projects where design coordination, BIM and technical quality are critical.
You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and designers, contribute to integrated turnkey solutions and further develop your expertise within the rapidly evolving life sciences and advanced manufacturing sectors.
If you're an experienced Revit MEP professional who takes pride in producing technically accurate work and wants to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking design environment, this could be an excellent next step in your career.
