Microsoft Defender XDR L1 SME - Hypercare Support

ELLIOTT MOSS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced L1 Support SME for Microsoft Defender XDR to deliver hypercare and operational support in a large enterprise.

You will manage issue intake, triage, evidence collection, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication across MDE, MDCA, and Purview. Responsibilities include ticket lifecycle management, runbook adherence, and collaboration with SOC, Compliance, Identity, Endpoint, and Infrastructure teams.
