Were looking for an experiencedMicrosoft 365 Support Engineerto join our client's technology team, taking ownership of complex support issues across their Microsoft workplace environment.

This is a hands-on3rd line support rolewith a strong Microsoft focus. Youll troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, Entra ID and endpoint technologies, while helping maintain a secure and reliable environment for users across the business. You'll be joining an established team where you'll act as a technical escalation point, get involved in improvements and projects, and have plenty of opportunity to deepen your Microsoft expertise.

A driving licence is required, as there may be occasional travel to local regional offices.

What Youll Do
