MIG Welder

Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our long-standing manufacturing client with their search for a MIG Welder. Key Duties: Fabricate steel components. Carry out Jig MIG welding. Work with stainless steel sheet metal. Interpret and work from engineering drawings with precision. Operate independently or as part of a team to complete assigned work Key Requirements: Time-served/experienced Fabricator. Proven experience in MIG Welding. Ability to read and work from detailed engineering drawings. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage workload effectively. The Package: £14 PH starting rate. 37.5 hours per week, 07.30-4.30 M-Th and 07.30-11 Fri. 26 days holiday + 8 bank. Company pension scheme. Health insurance. Bonus potential.
