ML Engineering Manager – Growth & Personalisation (Remote)

Cleo is seeking an exceptional ML Engineering Manager to lead the Growth team's ML efforts, building recommender systems and personalised messaging that maximise revenue and long-term value for 4M+ users. You will manage a skilled ML engineering team and collaborate with PMs, designers, data scientists and analytics to ship impactful, customer-centric ML features.

You will own the ML roadmap, drive production-quality systems, and mentor engineers while balancing experimentation with speed to
