Mobile Cleaning Manager - Lead a 16-Person Cleaning Team

Bidvest Noonan in Swansea is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead on-site cleaning operations across multiple buildings, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety regulations and company procedures.

You will manage a team of about 16 staff, drive high cleaning standards, provide coaching and training, and respond to client requests, endorse new initiatives and monitor performance. A full UK driving licence and own car are required for travel within the area.
