Job Description Mobile Vehicle Technician providing servicing, maintenance and repair, via prebooked appointments, at customers home address or place of work. Location: High WycombePay / salary: £Permanent / Full time roleShift and schedule for the Mobile Vehicle Technician role:Home based, working 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Saturday) 8am 8PM, working 1 in 4 Saturdays.1 day of overtime per month = £3,000 additional per year; 2 days of overtime per month = £5,000 additional per year, completely optional more flexibility, more reward.Benefits for the Mobile Vehicle Technician role:Overtime flexible and optional overtime, earn up to £5000 per year.Bonus scheme based on productivity and quality, earn up to £6000 per year.23 days plus bank holidays (rising to 25 with service).Up to 6.5% matched pension contributions.Life Insurance cover up to 4x your salary.Access to a broad range of career progression opportunities and industry leading trainingColleague share scheme.Car salary sacrifice scheme includes electric vehicle options after 12 months.Wellbeing support24/7.Job Responsibilities for the Mobile Vehicle Technician role:driveway, office car park.Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.What youll need to be considered for the Mobile Vehicle Technician role:Must have a minimum of Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance and repair or ideally Level 3 light vehicle maintenance and repair qualification (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent)Must have a minimum 2-year post-qualification hands on experience with vehicles.
