Job Title: Mobile Groundcare Service Engineer

Location: Covering Scotland - Mainly Central Belt

Salary: 38,000 - 40,000 per annum (45 hours per week)

Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays

Full UK Driving Licence Required

Currently looking for a Mobile Groundcare Service Engineer to join my client's team covering Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the groundcare industry, providing high-quality service and maintenance to our clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of groundcare machinery.
  • Provide onsite service to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers to explain the service process and ensure their needs are met.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Health and Safety standards and company policies.
  • Keep accurate service records and reports of work completed.

Ideal Candidate

  • Based in or around Glasgow or Central Belt of Scotland
  • Proven experience as a service engineer in the groundcare, agricultural, or similar machinery sector.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for travel to customer sites).
  • Familiarity with IBCOS (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
