Mobile HVAC Technician – On-Call Fault-Finder

Mitie is seeking an experienced HVAC technician in Northern Ireland to maintain and repair facility systems across a portfolio. You will diagnose faults, manage asset registers, and work with the helpdesk to log tasks and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a time-served background, BMS knowledge, and experience with AC/VRV/FCU/AHU equipment. You should be proficient in MS Word/Excel, familiar with Maximo (desirable), and willing to participate in an on-call rota.
