Key Responsibilities PPM and reactive maintenance Fault finding and repairs across electrical/mechanical systems Maintain HVAC, pumps, motors, lighting and water systems Complete reports and ensure H&S compliance Build strong client relationships Requirements Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical qualification 18th Edition for Electrical Engineers HVAC experience/qualification for Mechanical Engineers Full UK Driving Licence Right to work in the UK Whats on Offer £45,000 per annum Company van & fuel card Bundles of overtime available 1/10 Call out rota If you live in and around the London, Essex or Kent area this could be the role for you.
