We are looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join a well-established business supporting customers across the West Midlands. The role will involve travelling to customer sites across the area, carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and breakdown repairs, with workshop-based work when required. Up to £41,000 annual salary depending on experience Permanent, full-time position Overtime paid at time-and-a-half Company van and fuel card Ongoing training and development Genuine long-term career progression Varied work across construction and agricultural machinery Generous holiday allowance Company pension scheme Supportive working environmentKey Responsibilities As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for: Servicing, maintaining and repairing construction and agricultural plant machinery Diagnosing faults across mechanical and hydraulic systems Carrying out breakdown repairs at customer sites Completing routine inspections and preventative maintenance Identifying additional repair requirements and communicating these to customers Completing job sheets and service documentation accurately Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Providing a professional and customer-focused serviceWhat we're looking for To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience as a Plant Fitter, Agricultural Engineer or similar Strong mechanical engineering and fault-finding experience Experience working on construction or agricultural machinery Good knowledge of hydraulic systems and diagnostics Ability to diagnose and repair equipment faults independently Full UK driving licence Engineering qualification or apprenticeship desirableIf you're looking for your next step as a Mobile Plant Fitter in West Midlands, this is a great opportunity to join a stable business offering excellent earning potential, training and long-term progression.
