Mobile Plant Operator / Shovel Driver

Location: Northampton, NN4 Hours: 5 days per week – Saturday and Sunday working is mandatory Rest Days: Wednesday & Thursday ### Pay Monday, Tuesday & Friday: £13.85 per hour PAYE Saturday & Sunday: £20.75 per hour PAYE Wednesday & Thursday overtime (if available): £20.75 per hour PAYE ### The Role We are looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Operator / Shovel Driver to work at a busy waste management site in Northampton. ### Essential Valid NPORS Telehandler ticket – this is essential Previous experience operating mobile plant Comfortable working within a busy operational/waste environment Good awareness of site Health & Safety Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday ### Desirable It would be beneficial if you also hold: NPORS Wheeled Loading Shovel NPORS 360 Excavator These additional tickets are advantageous but not essential. ### Working Pattern Monday – Work Tuesday – Work Wednesday – Rest Day Thursday – Rest Day Friday – Work Saturday – Work Sunday – Work Additional overtime may be available on Wednesday and Thursday and will be paid at the higher rate of £20.75 per hour.
