AboutthejobMobileResponder MobileResponders-WillberequiredtovisitthehomeofapersonwhohastriggeredanalarmcalltotheTelecarecontrolcentre.TheywillalsocarryoutroutinevisitstotheShelteredHousingschemesintheabsenceoftheSchemeManager.
Toacceptandrecordincidentsandappointmentsdigitallywithahighlevelofaccuracyanddetail.
Tocarryoutvisitstocustomershomesintheeventofdefectivedispersedalarmequipmentneedingattention.
Toreceivenoticeanddetailsofalarmcallsviaamobiletelephoneandtwowayradioanddrivetothehomeofthepersonandprovideanypracticalhelp,orsupportthatisrequiredandinformtheControlCentreofthecircumstancesand
Ifduringthecourseofavisittoacustomer,theMobileResponderdiscoversanemergencysituationtheywillnotifytheControlCentreimmediatelysothattheappropriateemergencyservicecanbecalled.TheMobileResponderwillnotbeexpectedtointerveneinanemergencyorthreatwherethisinterventionwouldposeathreattotheirownsecurity.
Willberequiredtoliaisewithemergencyservicesinordertoadvisethemonentrytopremises,nextofkin,oranyotherappropriateinformationonthesystemuserwhichisavailable.
Willberequiredtoworkonafixedshiftbasiscovering24hour7dayperiodeitherdaysnights.Saturday,SundayandBankHolidayworkingwillalsoberequired.
