develop is seeking a Lending Operations Manager in Glasgow to own the end-to-end residential mortgage lending process. This role drives operational delivery, pipeline management, and continuous improvement in a high-growth environment.

You will lead a 12-person operations team and collaborate with underwriting, risk, compliance, and sales to ensure FCA-aligned, efficient processing and scale. Hybrid role with 3 days in the office.
