Your new company
Our client is a leading defendant firm with offices across the UK. They are currently looking to strengthen their Manchester motor fraud department and will consider qualified fraud solicitors/Associates at all levels. You will handle your own caseload of motor fraud cases. This is a hybrid position with up to 3 days working from home per week.
Your new role
This Motor Fraud Solicitor position will see you responsible for:
- Handling your own caseload of motor fraud claims, including low velocity impact, bogus passengers and exaggerated claims.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be a qualified solicitor with previous experience handling your own caseload of insurance fraud matters. Applicants should be from a defendant background. Newly qualified solicitors should have paralegal experience or have completed a training seat within insurance fraud.
