Motor Fraud Solicitor - Birmingham - Up to £60,000 - REF 3012812AF

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded national law firm as part of its expanding Motor Fraud department in Birmingham. The firm is recognised for delivering specialist legal services to a broad client base including major insurers, businesses and individuals.

Due to continued strategic growth, the team is now seeking an experienced Motor Fraud Solicitor to play a key role in managing complex litigated matters while contributing to wider team development in Birmingham.

The Role:

• Manage litigated Motor Fraud matters from inception through to resolution
• Develop and implement effective case strategies
• Deliver strong commercial outcomes for insurer and corporate clients
• Attend hearings and proactively manage litigation processes
• Provide high levels of client service and regular case updates
• Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
• Contribute to business development and client engagement initiatives
• This is a strong opportunity for a fraud litigator seeking greater responsibility and long-term progression

About You:

• Solicitor with Motor Fraud experience
• Strong background managing a litigated fraud caseload
• Commercially aware with a solutions focused mindset
• Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload effectively
• Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgement
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Confident working independently and collaboratively
• Professional communication skills with clients and colleagues
