August 2026, 5PM We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled bricklayer to join our Property Maintenance and Construction Department working within our Ashington maintenance team. Role Benefits

About the Role: As a multi skilled Bricklayer you will be responsible for undertaking all brickwork and damp remedial repairs and associated multiskilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service. Your Experience: To be successful in this role you will have a flexible approach and experience of working within a domestic and commercial property maintenance and target driven environment. : You will have a sound working knowledge of your trade discipline and exhibit sound knowledge of the wider building construction sector, understanding components, materials, building trades and applicable regulations. It is therefore essential that you hold a City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Bricklaying or the equivalent. and a full driving licence is essential. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of working in a customer focused environment. Desirable
