Multi Skilled Bricklayer Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent - Full Time We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled bricklayer to join our Property Maintenance and Construction Department working within our Ashington maintenance team. 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) for full-time employees. As a multi skilled Bricklayer you will be responsible for undertaking all brickwork and damp remedial repairs and associated multiskilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service. To be successful in this role you will have a flexible approach and experience of working within a domestic and commercial property maintenance and target driven environment. You will be required to engage with all stakeholders of the service, acting as an Ambassador of Bernicia, promoting and endorsing the positive work that we do across our communities in the Bernicia way. You will have a sound working knowledge of your trade discipline and exhibit sound knowledge of the wider building construction sector, understanding components, materials, building trades and applicable regulations. It is therefore essential that you hold a City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Bricklaying or the equivalent. and a full driving licence is essential. An appropriate CSCS card is desirable and Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property maintenance environment. Were all about helping people in need of housing.
