The Role

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Door Engineer with strong experience in at least two of the following disciplines:



  • Automatic Doors


Industrial Doors & Roller Shutters


Gates & Barriers



You'll be responsible for carrying out the service, maintenance, fault finding, repair and installation of a variety of entrance systems across London and the surrounding areas. This is a varied field-based role offering excellent earning potential and the opportunity to broaden your technical skillset.

Key Responsibilities


  • Service, maintain, repair and install a range of automatic doors, industrial doors, roller shutters, gates and barriers.


Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs.


Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.


Complete installations and commissioning work where required.


Accurately complete service reports and compliance paperwork.


Deliver a professional, customer-focused service.


Participate in the company's on-call rota.


Requirements


  • Previous experience working in at least two of the following sectors:

    • Automatic Doors


  • Industrial Doors / Roller Shutters


Gates & Barriers



Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.


Experience carrying out service, maintenance, repair and installation work.


Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.


Full UK driving licence.


Excellent communication and customer service skills.



Experience across all three disciplines would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
