Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (3 on / 2 off Days) Location: Cambridgeshire (commutable from March, Wisbech, Chatteris, Ely, Huntingdon and Peterborough) Salary: £48,000-£50,000 We're recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing site in Cambridgeshire, working a days-only 3 on / 2 off shift pattern. Ideal for someone who wants the benefits of a rotating pattern without night shifts. The Role Complete PPM schedules and respond to breakdowns across production equipment Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly and safely Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to plant improvements Work a 3 on / 2 off days pattern What We're Looking For Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, apprenticeship, or equivalent) Multi-skilled maintenance experience, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing Confident working independently and as part of a team Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills Happy working a 3 on / 2 off days shift pattern What's On Offer £48,000-£50,000 basic salary Days-only shift pattern - no nights Stable, well-established business with long-term prospects Commutable from March, Wisbech, Chatteris, Ely, Huntingdon and Peterborough Interested?
