Multi Skilled Engineer

Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer Location: Beverly - HU17 Salary: £45K - £55K (DOE) Industry: FMCG/ Food Manufacturing Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Shift: 4.5 Days per week (Monday-Thursday and Friday half day usually finished by midday)– 6am-6pm (Weekend Overtime Available £30 p/h). early finish every day if work is done. A lot of the time it is only 8 hours per day. Benefits: * Clear progression path to Team Leader/ Supervisor * Competitive salary depending on experience * Stable, long-established manufacturing business * Modern production environment with continued investment in machinery and facilities * Supportive engineering team and management structure * Secure role within a growing production operation Multi Skilled Engineer Responsibilities: * Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery and site equipment * Identify and repair mechanical and electrical faults quickly to minimise production downtime * Support ongoing maintenance planning and site improvement projects * Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment * Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment reliability and operational performance * Follow all health & safety and food safety procedures at all times * Maintain accurate maintenance logs and engineering documentation * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site Multi Skilled Engineer Requirements: * Previous experience working as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a FMCG/ Food Manufacturing environment * Mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills * 50/50 split minimum (Electrical bias preferred) * Electrical Qualifications (Desirable)
