Multi-Skilled Engineer

Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer (50/50 or Electrical Bias) Location: Driffield Salary: £55,000 (DOE) Industry: Food Manufacturing Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Shift: Mon-Thurs(6am-6pm) & Friday (6am-1pm) (Weekend Overtime Available) Benefits: - Clear progression path to Team Leader/ Supervisor - Competitive salary depending on experience - Stable, long-established manufacturing business - Modern production environment with continued investment in machinery and facilities - Supportive engineering team and management structure - Secure role within a growing production operation Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery and site equipment Identify and repair mechanical and electrical faults quickly to minimise production downtime Support ongoing maintenance planning and site improvement projects Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment Work closely with production teams to ensure equipment reliability and operational performance Follow all health & safety and food safety procedures at all times Maintain accurate maintenance logs and engineering documentation Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site Requirements: Previous experience working as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a FMCG/ Food Manufacturing environment Mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills 50/50 split minimum (Electrical bias preferred) Electrical Qualifications (Desirable) TPBN1_UKTJ
