At Melton, we're at the forefront of innovation in high-speed food processing, and we're searching for a talented Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. Cutting-Edge Tech : Work with advanced systems like ABB/Kuka robotics, Allen Bradley PLCs, and predictive maintenance tools.
Provide technical facilitation, training, and leadership to deliver solutions that reduce downtime, waste, quality issues, and safety risks.

Proven technical expertise within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
~ Strong problem-solving capability , with experience in root cause analysis of technical issues.
~ Proficient in key systems and tools , including Microsoft Excel, PI Process Book, and SAP Planned Maintenance.
~ Competent in risk assessment and change control processes, ensuring compliance and safe working practices.
~ Experienced in leading root cause analysis and fault-finding investigations to drive sustainable improvements.
Effective delivery of maintenance activities , to ensure smooth transition between maintenance and production availability of equipment. xwzovoh
~ Take part in risk assessments and formulation of method statements to assist in safe undertaking of any activity.
~ Fix breakdowns in a timely manner during their shift timeframe
~ Level one problem solving including component failure analysis
