Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimise production downtime.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with company Health & Safety procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and production performance.
Assist with machinery installations, upgrades, and improvement projects as required.
Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
Complete maintenance records accurately using the site's maintenance management system.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
Participate in the shift rota, including working Bank Holidays as required within the food manufacturing operation.
Multi-Skilled Engineer Requirements: Essential: Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding abilities (electrical bias preferred).
Experience in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years' engineering experience within the food manufacturing or FMCG.
Strong understanding of preventative and reactive maintenance techniques.
Good project management skills with a detailed knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.

HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services.
