Multi-Skilled Joiner Location: Mid & South North West Region Salary: £37,000 per annum Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering the Mid and South North West region. You will carry out day-to-day repairs in tenanted and void properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities General joinery repairs and maintenance Patch plastering and making good Gaining access works, including lock and door repairs Basic plumbing repairs and associated works Responsive day-to-day maintenance within occupied properties Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard Delivering excellent customer service to tenants Requirements Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner within social housing, maintenance, or repairs Competent in basic plumbing, patch plastering, and associated multi-trade works Full UK Driving Licence Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload Strong communication and customer service skills What's on Offer? £37,000 basic salary Company van and fuel card Permanent, secure employment Ongoing training and development opportunities Supportive and growing maintenance teamIf you are a skilled tradesperson looking for a stable, permanent opportunity within the social housing sector, we'd love to hear from you
