Your new company We are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a busy responsive repairs team working across the Widnes and surrounding areas on behalf of a well-established social housing contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson looking for a long-term temporary contract with consistent work and an immediate start. Your new role Carrying out all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery Hanging and repairing internal and external doors Repairs to frames, skirting boards, architraves and flooring Kitchen repairs, replacements and installations UPVC window and door repairs Fire door maintenance and repairs General property maintenance and reactive repair works Completing basic multi-trade tasks such as patch plastering, tiling and minor plumbing repairs Diagnosing faults and identifying the most effective repair solution Recording completed works using PDA or mobile technology Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations Providing excellent customer service within tenanted propertiesWhat you'll need to succeed NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery Previous experience working within social housing or responsive repairs Multi-skilled maintenance experience desirable Full UK Driving Licence Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectivelyWhat you'll get in return Weekly pay Ongoing temporary contract Consistent workload Opportunity to work with a leading social housing contractor Immediate start availableWhat you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
