- 17:00didnKey ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.Respond to reactive maintenance issues across the site.Perform electrical, mechanical, and general building fabric repairs.Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.Ensure all work is completed in line with statutory compliance requirements.Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.Work to strict service level agreements (SLAs) and site procedures.Support the smooth operation of production and facility equipment.Essential RequirementsRecognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, BTEC or equivalent).Previous experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role.Strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.Knowledge of health & safety regulations and statutory compliance.Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively.Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.Full right to work in the UK.Desired SkillsElectrical fault finding and repair.Mechanical maintenance and servicing.Building fabric maintenance.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Time management and ability to meet deadlines. xwzovoh Experience within commercial, industrial, or warehouse environments.Apply TodayJob starts 03/08/2026
