Due to continued growth in their market share they are looking to recruit a mechanical engineer to add to the strong engineering team. Key Skills Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering or as an Electrician Understanding of PPM systems Experience in a manufacturing environment The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximizing machine efficiencies. The ideal candidate will come from a multi skilled engineering background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer with a mechanical bias (but multi-skilled) and have fast moving manufacturing experience. On a day to day basis you will work on packaging & labelling machinery, conveyors, pumps, pumps, general mechanical work and other manufacturing machinery. There is a huge amount of training on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
